Construction Mediation is a process for resolving conflicts between Home owners & Contractors. The mediators do not decide the outcome of the process, but rather help the parties reach their own agreement. A mediation agreement is reached when both parties are satisfied with all of the terms.

The initial meeting is with the owner only and is primarily an orientation to the process. We ask the Home owner to gather plans, photos, contracts and receipts. This initial meeting is when you tell us what your goals are with the mediation?
The second meeting is with both the contractor and owner. Mediation sessions are informal but structured discussions between the two parties. Each session is guided by the mediator. Both parties are given the opportunity to speak without interruption so that all issues are identified. The mediator structures the discussions to help clarify the issues and assist the parties in moving toward an agreement

After the consultation, We charge $75 an hour for the time spent in the mediation process.
